Sri Lanka MICE Expo 2025 – Colombo organized by Sri Lanka Convention Bureau (SLCB) will be held from 22^nd – 26^th September 2025 in Sri Lanka.

While SLCB look forward to endeavor all interested companies / individuals to be hosted as Media, this Application Form does not guarantee the selection and is subjected to a final evaluation. All applicants will be evaluated to ensure that the hosted media will make an impact on the local MICE industry by promoting the destination to bring in more MICE business to the country.

Hosted Media are fully hosted. All costs related to air tickets, accommodation, local transportation, meals, entertainments and familiarization tour will be covered by SLCB. Hosted media are expected to arrive on 22^nd September 2025 before noon and depart on 26^th September 2025 after lunch. It is mandatory for all Hosted Media to attend the full program. All selected hosted media are required to enter into an Agreement with SLCB
