International Buyers
Buyer criteria – in order to qualify to be a hosted buyer *must demonstrate that they organise events on an international basis and they fill in the online detailed registration form which includes information on the last three events organised, questions on how many events organise, what geographical regions, potential destinations, the size of the events and the overall budget etc.
While we look forward to endeavor all interested companies / individuals to be hosted as MICE buyer, this application form does not guarantee the selection and is subjected to a final evaluation. All selections are made to ensure that the hosted buyers will make an impact on the local MICE industry with their future businesses.
Buyers are hosted either fully or partially and includes costs related to air tickets, accommodation, local transportation, meals, etc. Hosted buyers are expected to arrive on 13th March before noon and depart after 5 pm on 15th March. It is mandatory for all buyers to attend the full day B2B program on 14th March. All hosted buyers will be provided with a table space & local sellers are expected to meet them at the event venue.
